Think . . .

of a tool for change. A tool that accompanies us in our everyday lives as naturally as a smartphone. A tool that helps us find balance, have fun and relax.

A tool that encourages us to think, to question and clarify things—that inspires us to communicate, to grow, to get involved and take action.

A tool that helps us understand ourselves and others, a tool that strengthens our sense of community and helps us perceive our connectedness.

A tool full of brilliant ideas and useful concepts based on cutting edge personal coaching techniques and the new science of happiness that has developed over the last 10 years all over the world.

Think of a game that communicates these methods for achieving satisfaction and success. A simple game: undogmatic, both funny and serious, beautiful and challenging, a game that touches the emotions and entertains.

A game that inspires us to live, to learn—to act with inspiration and to inspire others.

The Keyando Cards

Keyando is a set of unique playing cards neatly packaged with an instruction booklet in a simple, elegant box. The Keyando cards represent universal human concepts and can be used in many different ways. They form the basis for a flexible and inspiring coaching tool and can also be used to play KEYANDO – The Game of Happiness.

In all cultures of the world it holds equally true that there are two basic conditions that open the way to happiness: health and security. But beyond these two fundamental necessities, is there a universal formula for happiness that can be applied to all people of the earth? The answer is, “No!”—we all have our own, unique set of “keys to happiness”: the things and activities that contribute to our well-being and fulfillment. The reasons for this are simple. We all grow up in different families and environments, within diverse societies, cultures and historical backgrounds. Our unique experiences make us who we are; the situations and dramas we live through are never the same. Certainly we also have different genes and character traits that contribute to the complex whole of our personality—or we may simply find ourselves in different phases of our personal development.

Keyando – The Game of Happiness helps you find your personal keys to happiness in a playful and engaging way. At the same time, the game helps us grow and become larger human beings by communicating new perspectives and points of view. Playing The Game of Happiness with others gives us a means to communicate with people who may see the world in a completely different or new way—and this is important because a great source of happiness is spending time with colleagues, family, friends and the loved ones around us. We all have the desire to share our experiences and hopes, to touch others and be moved by them.

The Game of Happiness does not rely on a static set of rules or definitions. As a game, it offers many variations and possibilities to us. It can be as flexible and powerful as we can imagine it to be. The game takes on the flavors of our own creativity and playfulness. We will find meanings in the things around us as we exchange and re-negotiate them with others as we move forward together.

The Game of Happiness helps us find and clarify our individual keys to happiness and shows us how we can integrate them into our lives to achieve greater happiness, better work-life balance, and more satisfaction for ourselves and others. It is true both in the game and in real life—if we know our cards and how to play them, we will win.

Keyando? The name Keyando consists of the worlds “key and do” and it is no coincidence that these concepts are influenced by philosophies of the Far East. Many keys of happiness were first discovered within these ancient cultural traditions. One interpretation of the Japanese word “Do” is “way,” as for example in the martial art Judo—“the flexible way,”—and Aikido—“the way of harmony.” Following this, Keyando is “The Way of Keys.”

Mission

Keyando – The Game of Happiness has a clear mission—simply to increase our happiness and fulfillment, and to strengthen our commitment to promoting happiness in the world.

It is not about being the best, riches or most powerful. It’s about inspiration, touching others, commitment and making a difference.

For each sold box of Keyando we give away one box for free to schools or public libraries.

Schools and charity organizations can use Keyando for free. This will be made possible with every sale and of course with the help of donations and sponsors.
